Hey there! I’m Cassidy,

A busy, working mom of four who understands how difficult it is to prioritize working out, eating healthy, and being on the run from one activity to the next. I am wife to Brian, mom and bonus mom to our blended family. You’ll frequently catch me with a cup of coffee (oat milk cappuccino is my current fave), and spending time with Jesus, my ultimate strength!

I help women live healthy lives - mind, body & soul - through a holistic wellness approach. My teachings are offered through my online fitness and wellness community, 1-1 nutrition coaching and personal training. I’m so glad you landed right here!

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I have been involved in the health and fitness world for over 20 years and have also worked in the nonprofit ministry sector for over 15 years. Most importantly, I am passionate about seeing others reach a place of healthy balance in their own lives!

I’ve alway had a natural interest in physical fitness and nutrition, along with a desire to motivate others. It wasn’t until life hit me in the face and knocked me on back that I realized I needed to focus on my mental and emotional health, as well. That’s when I started my counseling (soul health) journey. By understanding my unique wiring, background, strengths/weaknesses, and and what my triggers were, I became more self aware and began a beautiful, soulful transformation.

My goal is to equip and encourage others to make this same soulful transformation to live their life to the fullest!
